Yellow is the color of remembrance and the color of daffodils. Daffodils are resilient and return with a burst of color each spring—they signify hope, beauty, and renewal.

Clinton Canopy hosted our first annual Daffodils for Remembrance on November 11, 2023. Community members signed up and planted daffodil bulbs in memory of their loved ones at Legion Park. These bulbs were purchased through a Community Assistance Grant so there was no cost to participate. The daffodils will bloom annually as a remembrance of these loved ones, and each year, in different areas of town, we will beautify a new green space in the same manner.
